The deep mouth allows for secure tightening of tall workpieces.
The sliding surface is excellent in wear resistance due to flame hardening (HRC45). The main body is made of ductile iron, which prevents warping and breakage during tightening, and the main body and fixed jaw are integrated to maintain high rigidity. Compared to vices of the same class, the jaw opening is nearly twice as wide, and the jaw depth is large, allowing for secure clamping of both large and tall workpieces. To address pressure drop emergencies, it is equipped with a pressure replenishment mechanism that does not hinder operation. Additionally, the chip blow-off mechanism allows for the discharge of cutting fluid and fine chips that have entered the main body through the blow-off hole. The mechanical type allows for handle operation even on the fixed jaw side, reducing the workpiece loading and unloading distance, which can shorten setup time and reduce the burden on operators.
